In this Master Class with Vishva-ji we will explore a Headstand series to help you integrate this powerful pose into your daily practice by combining it with other postures. This fun and creative short series provides many of the benefits of a longer session even when you don’t have much time to practice. This class is intended for intermediate and advanced practitioners.

In this workshop, Vishva-ji will share some of his favourite postures. Instruction will include variations to modify and intensify the poses and the effective use of props. The session will begin with a yoga class and flow into a workshop-style exploration of key poses. You will have the opportunity to explore each pose several times after the demonstration, get one-on-one support, as well as share your experiences. This workshop is intended for beginner to intermediate students.
